Acerca de
El petrel de las Galápagos cría en las islas Galápagos y en la isla Gallo de Perú, y pasa el invierno en el Pacífico oriental. Tiene plumaje negro-pardusco con la rabadilla blanca y una cola cuadrada o ligeramente bifurcada. Se alimenta de crustáceos pelágicos y pequeños huevos de peces. Es un petrel de tormenta común en el Pacífico oriental.
