Inambu-de-Bartlett (Crypturellus bartletti) — Inambu do sub-bosque de florestas amazônicas do Peru e extremo norte do Brasil. Plumagem acastanhada com padrão distinto. Habita florestas de terra firme densas. Como todos os inambus, é extremamente difícil de observar, detectado principalmente pelo canto suave e melancólico ao amanhecer.
Tepui Tinamou
Inambu-do-tepui (Crypturellus ptaritepui) — Inambu raro endémico dos tepuis da Venezuela e Guiana. Habita as florestas de altitude nos tepuis entre 1000 e 2000 m. Plumagem acastanhada com marcas. Extremamente pouco estudado. Restrito a um habitat único e remoto, o que o protege parcialmente de ameaças humanas diretas.
