소개

중간 크기의 메추라기로 체장 약 26cm이며, 수컷은 전신이 광택 있는 검은색, 암컷은 밤색이다. 말레이 반도, 수마트라, 보르네오의 저지대 숲에 서식한다. 씨앗, 과실류, 곤충을 먹으며 주로 바닥에서 생활한다. 취약한 상태이다.
