ナベヅル(Grus monacha)は東アジアに生息する中型のツル(体長97〜100 cm)。暗い灰褐色の体に白い首と頭部、裸出した赤い冠が対照的。シベリア・中国北部で繁殖し、日本・韓国・長江流域の湿地で越冬。絶滅危惧種;世界個体数は約11,000羽。

Critically Endangered; world population only ~4,000 birds. Breeds in Arctic Siberia; winters primarily at Poyang Lake, China.
