El hormiguero bicolor es un hormiguero de América Central y noroeste de América del Sur. El macho tiene partes superiores marrones y partes inferiores blanquinegras con un patrón bicolor llamativo. La hembra es similar pero más parda. Sigue a las columnas de hormigas guerreras en el sotobosque para capturar insectos que escapan. Habita en bosques húmedos de tierras bajas y colinas.
