Der Kormoran ist einer der am weitesten verbreiteten Seevögel der Welt. Königspinguin
Der Königspinguin ist die zweitgrößte Pinguinart und bekannt für seine auffälligen orange-goldenen Kopfzeichnungen. Anders als die meisten Pinguine baut der Königspinguin kein Nest, sondern bebrütet sein einzelnes Ei auf den Füßen. Sein 14 bis 16 Monate dauernder Brutzyklus ist der längste aller Pinguinarten.
