Amsel
Males are jet black with a bright yellow-orange bill and eye-ring. Females are dark brown with mottled underparts and a dull yellowish bill.

Die Amsel ist einer der bekanntesten und beliebtesten Singvögel Europas, geschätzt für ihren volltönenden, flötenden Gesang, den sie in der Morgen- und Abenddämmerung von Dächern und Baumwipfeln vorträgt. Eissturmvogel
Der Eissturmvogel ist ein langlebiger Seevogel, der über 40 Jahre alt werden kann. Er verteidigt sein Nest, indem er Eindringlinge mit übel riechendem Magenöl bespuckt, das die Federn von Fressfeinden verkleben und deren Wasserdichtigkeit zerstören kann – mitunter mit tödlichen Folgen. Der Eissturmvogel hat sein Brutgebiet in den letzten zwei Jahrhunderten drastisch nach Süden ausgedehnt.
