Der Blauhäher ist ein mutiges, intelligentes Mitglied der Rabenvögel, bekannt für sein auffälliges Gefieder und seine lauten Rufe. Regenbogentukan
Der Regenbogentukan ist der Nationalvogel von Belize und einer der bekanntesten Vögel der Neotropis. Sein überdimensionierter Schnabel, der ein Drittel seiner Körperlänge ausmachen kann, ist dank seiner hohlen, wabenartigen Struktur tatsächlich sehr leicht. Tukane übernachten gemeinschaftlich, wobei sich bis zu sechs erwachsene Tiere eine einzige Baumhöhle teilen.
