About These Birds
Annakolibri
Der Annakolibri ist der häufigste Kolibri entlang der Pazifikküste und eine von nur drei Kolibriarten, die ganzjährig in den USA verweilen. Männchen zeigen spektakuläre Sturzflüge aus 40 Metern Höhe und fangen sich mit einem lauten, von den Schwanzfedern erzeugten Zwitschern ab. Kormoran
Der Kormoran ist einer der am weitesten verbreiteten Seevögel der Welt. Anders als die meisten Wasservögel besitzt der Kormoran kein vollständig wasserabweisendes Gefieder, was zu seiner typischen Haltung mit ausgebreiteten Flügeln zum Trocknen führt.
