Um pequeno periquito da família Psittaculidae, encontrado nos miombos do centro-sul da África. O Inseparável-de-Lilian (Agapornis lilianae) habita florestas de miombo e matas ripárias na Zâmbia, Malawi, Moçambique, Zimbabwe e Tanzânia. Mede aproximadamente 13 cm. Muito semelhante ao Inseparável-de-Fischer, mas com cabeça laranja mais pálida e olho anular amarelo. Vive em grupos e é muito sociável. Alimenta-se de sementes de capins e outros materiais vegetais. Classificado como Quase Ameaçado pela UICN.
Black-billed Hanging Parrot
The Black-billed Hanging Parrot is a tiny green parrot native to the island of Sulawesi and nearby smaller islands in Indonesia, distinguished by its short black bill and the male's red rump patch. It inhabits tropical forest canopy, forest edges, and gardens, feeding on nectar, pollen, soft fruits, and berries. Like other hanging parrots, it roosts and sleeps hanging upside down.
