Sobrancelha branca distinta contrastando com a coroa preta, dorso castanho listrado, partes inferiores esbranquiçadas, cauda longa e escura. Olhos vermelhos. Habita matagais, pastagens e áreas agrícolas na África Oriental e Austral. Alimenta-se de insetos e pequenos animais.
