A arborófila de peito-ruivo é uma arborófila criticamente ameaçada endémica da província de Sichuan, no sudoeste da China. Tem peito ruivo característico que contrasta com a garganta branca e face escura. Habita florestas de bambu e florestas de folhagem mista em encostas montanhosas. Com uma área de distribuição muito limitada e habitat cada vez mais fragmentado, é classificada como criticamente ameaçada. Estima-se que a população total seja de apenas algumas centenas de indivíduos.
