뉴칼레도니아 고유의 극히 희귀하고 아마도 멸종된 쏙독새류(28cm). 19세기와 20세기 초에 수집된 두 표본으로만 알려져 있으며, 이후 신뢰할 만한 목격 기록이 없다.
