소개

인도네시아 수마트라와 자바의 산악 삼림에 고유한 중형 쏙독새(24-26 cm). 어두운 갈색 몸통에 황갈색 목 반점이 있다. 해발 1,000m 이상 고산 삼림에 사는 야행성 곤충 포식자다. 산악 지역 서식지 훼손으로 취약종이다.
