소개

세네갈에서 소말리아에 걸친 아프리카 사헬 지대의 건조·반건조 지역에 사는 소형 쏙독새(21-23 cm). 옅은 모래 빛 깃털에 최소한의 무늬를 가진다. 야행성 곤충 포식자로 계절적 강수 패턴에 따라 이동한다.
