Dwarf Cassowary

The smallest cassowary reaching about 1 m in height, with glossy black plumage, a low casque, and two red wattles. Flightless and solitary, navigating dense montane rainforest with its casque used as a helmet through vegetation. Feeds on fallen fruit, fungi, and small animals.
