Répartition géographique
Endemic to the eastern Andes of Colombia and northwestern Venezuela in cloud forest. 1,800–2,800 m elevation.
Diet & Feeding
Nectarivore of montane Ericaceae and epiphyte flowers. Supplements nectar with small arthropods gleaned near blooms.
