Ross's Gull

Ross's Gull, 29–32 cm, is a delicate Arctic gull breeding in Siberian tundra, with its winter range largely unknown — possibly far out in the pack ice. Rosy flush to underparts in breeding plumage; wedge-shaped tail; black neck ring. Feeds on invertebrates and small fish along ice edges.
