Paloma rupestre oriental (Columba rupestris) — Muy similar a la paloma bravía, habita en acantilados y laderas rocosas de Asia central y oriental. Distinguible por la banda caudal blanca. Semi-domesticada en algunos pueblos de Asia.
Slender cuckoo-dove, 32–35 cm, uniform warm cinnamon-rufous with minimal barring and a relatively short tail. Restricted to Enggano Island off the southwestern coast of Sumatra. Inhabits dense lowland forest. Frugivore. Vulnerable due to extremely small range and ongoing forest loss on the island.
