Chorlitejo de Santa Elena (Charadrius sanctaehelenae), 15–17 cm. Collar pectoral negro incompleto; dorso pardo; frente blanca. Endémico de la isla de Santa Elena (Atlántico sur). Habita en pastizales áridos y playas de la isla. Especie amenazada con población muy reducida.
