About These Birds
Bioko Batis
The Bioko Batis is a small, sexually dimorphic flycatcher endemic to the island of Bioko off the coast of Cameroon. Males have black and white patterning with a broad chest band, while females show rufous tones. It forages in forest canopy and undergrowth for insects, catching them with short aerial sallies.
