Black-lored Tit
The Black-lored Tit is a handsome, medium-sized tit with yellow cheeks, black lores and crown stripe, olive-green upperparts, and yellow underparts. It inhabits Himalayan foothills and adjacent hills from Pakistan through India to Vietnam, dwelling in broadleaf and mixed forest at mid elevations. It is an active forager, gleaning insects, caterpillars, and seeds from tree bark and foliage.
