Acerca de

El colibrí brillante de frente dorada es un colibrí de Venezuela y el norte de Brasil. El macho tiene la frente amarillo-dorada brillante y el resto del plumaje verde. Habita en bosques húmedos de tierras bajas, tepuyes y sus estribaciones en la Guayana. Se alimenta de néctar de flores de plantas del sotobosque y dosel. Especie endémica de la región de la Guayana con distribución restringida al norte de América del Sur.
