Acerca de
El milán de pecho negro es un rapaz de tamaño mediano del norte de Australia. Tiene el pecho negro, las partes superiores marrones y una zona blanca en las alas visible en vuelo. Mide unos 48-60 cm. Habita en tierras áridas y semiáridas de Australia. Se especializa en extraer huevos de los nidos de monitores de roca (lagartos), usando su pico para perforar la dura cáscara. También come langostas y roedores. Especie poco común y poco estudiada.
