El rascón de Rosenberg es un rascón raro y poco conocido endémico de las Islas Célebes (Sulawesi) en Indonesia. Tiene partes superiores marrones y partes inferiores grises. Habita en bosques húmedos de tierras bajas y colinas. Muy escasa información sobre su biología y comportamiento. Considerado vulnerable debido a la deforestación en su limitado rango insular.
