Paloma esmeralda de Stephanie (Chalcophaps stephani), 22–25 cm. Alas verde brillante; cabeza parda; frente blanca. Más pequeña que otras palomas esmeralda. Habita en selvas de Nueva Guinea e islas adyacentes. Se alimenta de semillas y pequeños frutos en el suelo forestal.
