Colibrí estrellado de vientre blanco (Chaetocercus mulsant), 6–7 cm. Macho con garganta verde esmeralda iridiscente; partes superiores verde oscuro; vientre blanco. Cola corta. Habita en bosques húmedos de montaña de los Andes (Colombia, Ecuador, Perú). Se alimenta de néctar y artrópodos pequeños.
