Macaroni Penguin
Macaroni Penguin, 70–75 cm, is the most numerous penguin species globally — over 18 million individuals. Breeds on sub-Antarctic islands from South Georgia to Heard Island. Black head with bright orange-yellow crest that meets above the bill. Krill specialist and piscivore; dives to 100 m. Vulnerable; declining.
