Small, cryptic pigeon, 26–29 cm, with brown streaked plumage and rich chestnut-rufous flight feathers visible in flight. Confined to the rocky sandstone escarpments and gorges of Arnhem Land, Northern Territory, Australia. Granivore of seeds and small grains. Least Concern.
