Black-headed Tody-flycatcher
The Black-headed Tody-flycatcher is a tiny, active flycatcher with a distinctive black crown and face, olive-green back, and yellow underparts. It inhabits humid tropical forests from Costa Rica through Panama and into northwestern South America, foraging in the forest understory and edges. It catches small insects by sallying from perches, often hovering briefly to pick prey from leaves.
