双色裸脸蚁鸫分布于中美洲至南美洲西北部的热带雨林。头顶黑色，背部褐色，面部具裸露蓝色皮肤。是专性蚁鸟，跟随行军蚁群捕食被惊扰的昆虫和节肢动物。通常在林下低处活动，叫声短促尖锐。
