小木星蜂鸟 (Chaetocercus bombus)，体长约6厘米，为世界最小鸟类之一。雄鸟喉部辉粉红色，上体绿色，尾短。分布于厄瓜多尔南部和秘鲁北部的山地森林。以花蜜为食，悬停飞行时振翅速度极快。为濒危物种。
