安达曼褐翅鸦鹃，体长42–47厘米，栗色背部、黑色头部、长尾，安达曼群岛特有种。

北鹰鹃分布于东北亚，繁殖于中国东北和俄罗斯远东，在东南亚越冬。上体灰褐，下体棕红色具条纹。以昆虫为食，是巢寄生鸟类，主要寄生于柳莺类。
