Pink-footed Goose
Dark brown head and neck. Back grayish-brown; underparts pale gray. Diagnostic pink feet and pink-banded dark bill. Pale blue-gray forewing in flight. Compact and round-headed. Sexes similar.
Black-headed Duck
Male has distinctive jet-black head and neck, warm chestnut-brown back, and pale buff underparts; blue-grey bill with red base. Female is streaked brown above with pale supercilium and whitish underparts.
About These Birds
Pink-footed Goose
粉脚雁是中型灰雁，繁殖于冰岛、格陵兰及挪威斯瓦尔巴群岛，越冬于英国和西欧。其嘴部和腿部均为粉红色，嘴基黑色，故名粉脚雁。迁徙时常形成大群，以农田收割后残留的谷物及草地为食，是英国最常见的越冬鸭雁之一。
