A medium-sized frogmouth (23-25 cm) found in lowland forests from Myanmar through mainland Southeast Asia to Borneo. Brown plumage with pale collar. Nocturnal insectivore. Closely related to Horsfield's Frogmouth. Inhabits primary and secondary forest undergrowth.
