The Arabian Wheatear is a small insectivorous chat from the Arabian Peninsula, belonging to the Muscicapidae family. It inhabits rocky desert terrain and arid hillsides, where it perches prominently on rocks and boulders to survey for insects. Its black-and-white patterning and upright posture are characteristic of wheatears in open landscapes.
