Fairy-bluebird; 2 species of striking forest birds found in South and Southeast Asia. Males are vivid metallic blue and black; females dull blue-green. Feed on fruit and nectar in forest canopy. The Blue-backed Fairy-bluebird of the Philippines and the Asian Fairy-bluebird of mainland Asia.
