It forages for nectar and fruit in montane forest, often visiting flowering trees in groups.
Black Honeyeater
The Black Honeyeater is a small, sexually dimorphic honeyeater; males are strikingly black-and-white while females are dull brownish with a pale underside. It inhabits arid and semi-arid Australia, particularly mulga scrub, mallee, and saltbush plains across the interior.
