The Common Reed-warbler (<em>Acrocephalus scirpaceus</em>) is a member of the family Acrocephalidae and is one of the most familiar wetland warblers across its range. It inhabits coastal and wetland environments, strongly associated with tall phragmites reed beds bordering lakes, rivers, and marshes. Detailed plumage and behavioral descriptions of this species are limited in the available literature. It constructs a deep cup nest (CP) woven around reed stems, and lays 3 to 5 eggs per clutch.
