Pied Bronze-cuckoo (Chalcites crassirostris) — 16–18 cm. Strikingly pied: glossy black above; pure white below; no barring; heavy bill. Found in forest and forest edge of the Bismarck Archipelago and Solomon Islands. Brood parasite; host species uncertain. Insectivore.
