Black-capped Bulbul

The Black-capped Bulbul is a medium-sized bulbul endemic to Sri Lanka, where it is one of the most common and familiar forest birds. It has a glossy black head and crest, white cheeks, yellow underparts, and a red-tipped yellow bill. It inhabits a wide range of wooded habitats including forests, gardens, and plantations, feeding on fruits, berries, nectar, and insects.
