Black-breasted Weaver

The Black-breasted Weaver is a colonial nesting weaver bird of South Asian grasslands and reed beds, with breeding males showing a chestnut crown, dark brown breast patch, and streaked yellow and brown upperparts. It ranges across the Indian subcontinent from Pakistan east to Bangladesh, inhabiting tall grasslands, cultivation, and marshes. It feeds on seeds and insects, nesting in large colonies in reed beds or tall grass.

Bertram's Weaver

Bertram's Weaver is a weaver bird found in montane forests and woodland edges of the Eastern Arc Mountains of Tanzania and adjacent Malawi. It has yellow and black breeding plumage typical of many weavers and builds woven nests. It feeds on seeds and insects in forest edges and clearings.
