The Bare-eyed Thrush is a thrush of the family Turdidae found in dry woodland and scrub across East Africa, from Somalia to Tanzania. Weighing about 49.3g with a wingspan of 21.6cm, it has a distinctive yellow bare eye-ring. It forages on the ground for invertebrates and feeds on berries and fruit in the forest understory.
