The Bay-breasted Warbler is a migratory North American wood warbler that breeds in boreal coniferous forests of Canada and the northeastern United States. Breeding males are distinctive with a chestnut crown and breast, black mask, and creamy neck patch. It winters in Panama and northern South America, feeding on insects and berries during migration.
