Makatea Fruit-dove (Ptilinopus chalcurus), 22 cm. Green with a copper-bronze sheen on the upperparts and a yellow belly; endemic to Makatea, Tuamotu Archipelago, French Polynesia. Inhabits dense raised coral island forest. Frugivore. Vulnerable; restricted to a single very small raised atoll.
