Mohoidae

Hawaiian honeycreepers (Moho); formerly 5 species of endemic Hawaiian birds, now all extinct. Distantly related to waxwings. Black-and-yellow plumage; long curved bills for extracting nectar. All went extinct by the late 20th century due to introduced predators, disease, and habitat loss.
