Inambu-do-Casiquiare (Crypturellus casiquiare) — Inambu raro e pouco conhecido das florestas da região do Canal do Casiquiare no sul da Venezuela e norte do Brasil. Habita o sub-bosque de florestas de igapó e terra firme. Praticamente desconhecido em termos de biologia e ecologia. Detectado pelo canto próximo a cursos d'água.

A medium-sized tinamou notable for its black crown and nape contrasting with rufous-brown body plumage. Found in humid montane forests of the central Andes. Terrestrial and elusive; detected most easily by its loud clear whistle at dawn and dusk. Forages for fruits and invertebrates.
