About These Birds
Asir Magpie
The Asir Magpie is an Endangered corvid restricted to the Asir Mountains of southwestern Saudi Arabia. Weighing about 200g with a wingspan of 38.9cm, it resembles other magpies with black-and-white plumage and a long tail. Its extremely limited range and habitat degradation make it one of Arabia's most threatened birds.
