Pomba-das-Comores (Columba pollenii) — Pomba endémica do arquipélago das Comores no oceano Índico. Apresenta plumagem acastanhada com reflexos esverdeados. Habita florestas úmidas de altitude nas ilhas de Grande Comoro, Mohéli e Anjouan. Ameaçada pela desflorestação e caça subsistencial.

The ancestor of the domesticated Barbary Dove (ring-necked dove). Granivore of grass seeds and small grains in dry savanna, farmland, and desert edge. Least Concern.
