Pomba-de-cabeça-amarela (Columba pallidiceps) — Pomba das florestas das ilhas Salomão e Bismarck no Pacífico Sul. Distingue-se pela cabeça de tom amarelado pálido em contraste com o corpo mais escuro. Habita florestas primárias tropicais de baixada. Espécie pouco registrada e suscetível à caça e perda de habitat.
Medium-large terrestrial pigeon, 30–33 cm, similar to New Guinea Bronzewing but with a white head (not just forehead). Confined to lowland forests of New Britain in the Bismarck Archipelago. Feeds on seeds and fallen fruits on the forest floor. Least Concern.
